Hi everyone welcome back to Leadcoding. I am Fraz and I am a softtware developer at Curefit In this video we are going to look at our 7 days revision plan so that we can prepare better for our technical interviews. This plan is for both internships as well as full times because there is no difference between a full time interview or internship interview if we look at the technical part of it. Mostly it is same. So let us look at the plan Before moving to that, let's first look what are rounds are there in an interview So very first round is online assessment round In an online assessment round, you can either get only the coding questions, may be 2-3, or with coding questions you can also get MCQs Now these MCQs could be from OOPs, DBMS, and other CS fundamentals or it could be your aptitude So for online assessment round, we have 3 things, DSA, CS fundamentals and aptitude part.
Now let us move on to technical interviews(face to face interviews) In this, interviewer will ask you questions from DS-Algo and apart from that, also from Core subjects and SQL and they can also ask questions from your projects if you have mentioned any If you haven't mentioned, then they will not ask, but if you have made, then they will ask for questions related to that So here we have, DS-Algo, CS fundamentals and Projects So now let us see how to revise all these things in these 7 days. If we miss any thing from all these, that will impact our interview, so we will cover everything but will assign different amount of time to each activity. But before moving forward, let us talk about our Sponser Unacademy. Just like Netflix, Unacademy is also bringing you some really cool shows The difference here is that you only find entertaining content on Netflix but here you will get entertainment as well as knowledge.
For eg, there are few shows which talk about the hiring in the startups and tech giants in the present scenario and it will talk about the eligibility criteria Then there are going to be some shows which you can mention in you resume. Then there are some shows where the HRs are going to explain what all qualities they seek before they hire a particular candidate. Just like Netflix, they also have a subscription here which costs around ₹999 for 1 year and if you use my referral code which is FRAZ, then you will get 10% off and the cost will be reduced to ₹899 Today a new show is going to release here, which is how to approach Codechef So if you are interested in all these shows, then you can check out the link in the description and use my referral code 'FRAZ' Now let us have a look at our strategy which we can follow to cover all these The first strategy is that majority portion is from DS-Algo In the first round if you miss a MCQ question, then that does not matter much, but if you miss a DS-Algo question, then that impacts your performance a lot Majority of the time, if you don't solve all the coding questions, you are not allowed to sit for all the further rounds So majority of the portion is covered by DS-Algo.
Now from where to revise DS-Algo in these 7 days. I had provided you a sheet which contains 250 questions, Now to revise 250 questions in 7 days is a challenge I know it is difficult, so what you can do is, I have divided all the questions into easy, medium, hard category, so you can only go to the medium part of all the topics and try to solve them If you are able to solve. then well and good and if not, then atleast try to solve 5-6 questions from each topic. So these are the frequently asked questions, so make sure to revise them before the interview So now let's move on to our subjects. I have already provided different sheets for each subject where I have mentioned questions too which are the important ones and asked frequently. So just do those questions by either going through them or watching a video if you don't have any idea Mostly videos are available for every topic All the resources links, about which I am talking in the video, are given in the description I had made videos on how to use these sheets, so you can just watch that and start your preparation Now for the aptitude part, you can go to GFG and start solving Apti questions with timer.
Suppose you put a timer for 30 min, then try to solve as many questions as you can with focus. Time plays and important role for solving Apti questions, because all can solve these questions but time is the major factor here So this is how you have to do Apti Now we are left with our project. For those we haven't made any project, then they have to do nothing, but those who have made they don't have to see it's full code, because nobody is going to ask the code. They will only ask questions based on the technology you used, what does your project do, what were alternatives of it, and other theoretical questions around it Nobody is going to ask that code this part of your project.
So just revise the concepts like what does your project do, what technologies you used and all such questions This project part is not going to take much time, you can just give 3-4 hours to it. So what you can do it, you can give majority of your time to DS-Algo, 1 hour for theoretical subjects, 30 min for Apti part daily and maybe you can give 4-5 hours in total to your projects and that's it In this way, you will be able to prepare really well in the remaining 7 days And sleep well in the night before the interview so that you can give your maximum output in the interview, so this is the most important point So all the best for your interviews. Keep telling me in the comments, in which company you are getting placed. I get lots of DMs of students being selected and I feel really happy when they say that my content has really helped them So make sure you people also mention in the comments, when you get placed.
